tension tamer tea makes me so freaking tired

I must hold a ton of tension in! jeez. anyway, I’m so tired but today was good. I ate so much and did the dishes haha. gotta finish laundry and clean the floors tomorrow. at least my mom comes home tomorrow, so some of the stress will be off so i can focus on other things.
